EVA film is a EVA stands for Ethylene Vinyl Acetate. It is a copolymer resin. The resin, together with a number of ingredients, is heated and mixed thoroughly and is then extruded through a flat die. EVA film is then formed.

Usage:

one step combining machine is vacuumized in advance with the vacuums not lower than 700mm Hg 0.92Mpa, after heating at 110-120(catual temperature at surface of glass) for 30 minutes, cooling the glass below 60 in temperatuer, then coming back to atmospheric pression, now the laminated glass is completed.
